Scanlan Theodore unveils its Spring/Summer ’26 collection
A study in elemental freedom
SCANLAN THEODORE unveils its Spring/Summer ’26 collection an exploration of the Australian landscape through the House’s distinctive lens of modern tailoring, refined craftsmanship, and sculptural design. Inspired by the elemental beauty of land and sky, the collection captures a sense of freedom through considered silhouettes, elevated fabrication and a palette grounded in nature.
Drawing on the spirit of Dorothea Mackellar’s My Country, Spring/ Summer ’26 balances strength with softness, pairing fluid movement with architectural precision. Silk organza, linen, refined crepe knit and technical taffeta create garments that move effortlessly with the body, while the season’s colour story transitions from warm earth tones to luminous whites and the collection’s signature shade, Opal, punctuated by rich jewel tones inspired by Australia’s native landscape.
Nature is a defining thread throughout the collection, with insect, floral, and fauna motifs woven across ready-to-wear, jewellery and accessories. Bees, cicadas, floral lace and the House’s signature poppy motif sit alongside one of the season’s defining design signatures, feathers – which feature across ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear and chokers, introducing texture, movement and lightness with characteristic restraint.
Accessories continue SCANLAN THEODORE’s evolution with the introduction of the Vanita, a new compact handbag silhouette crafted in Italian leather and distinguished by considered hardware and an integrated mirror. Joining the brand’s signature bag offering, the Vanita balances practicality with a refined sense of personality while reinforcing SCANLAN THEODORE’s enduring commitment to craftsmanship.
Spring/Summer ’26 also marks the introduction of SCANLAN THEODORE bridal, an inaugural capsule defined by modern restraint, meticulous craftsmanship, and sculptural elegance. Featuring hand-finished detailing, boned corsetry and elevated fabrications, the collection presents a contemporary interpretation of bridal dressing, complemented by feathered accessories, botanical jewellery and refined finishing touches.
Grounded in the Australian landscape yet designed for contemporary urban life, Spring/Summer ’26 reflects SCANLAN THEODORE’s ongoing pursuit of thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship and enduring modernity.
