Our friendly Concierge team is available during all centre opening hours 7 days a week. We can help you with all aspects of your visit to the centre including directions, store information, gift card sales, lost and found, transportation bookings, mobility hire, Wi-Fi and more.

Find us on the ground floor in the Fashion Mall, next to the escalator, near Mecca.
Lost & Found
Lost and found property is held at Burnside Village for up to 3 months before the property is either turned over to the local Police or donated to a charity organisation.
If you have lost or found any property at Burnside Village, please report it to Concierge or call 8338 1911.
Mobility Hire
Burnside Village provides free wheelchair hire for customers for up to 3 hours. Pick up and return is available at Concierge during centre trading hours. ID required for hire. Pre-bookings not necessary but recommended during peak trading times.
