To ensure all customers may move around our centre comfortably and efficiently, Burnside Village supplies multiple services to enhance accessibility.
Accessible Entry
Burnside Village’s Sydney Street entry point serves as our primary accessible entrance. Mobility impaired customers are supported with a ramp via this entrance. This site is also ideal for taxi access and drop off points, as well as for utilising public transport.
Lifts
Lifts are located outside The Village Market Liquorland Cellars’ entrance, in The Vine Mall Courtyard next to Scanlan Theodore, in the Fashion Mall corridor opposite MECCA and in the Premium Fashion Mall beside Tiffany & Co.
Parking
Burnside Village has numerous accessible parks in our undercover car park. Accessible parks are stationed across all sectors of the underground carpark and are indicated with a green light.

Wheelchair-friendly restrooms are available in the centre, listed below:
Ground Floor:
Accessible restrooms are available in the centre near the Sydney Street entrance to the Village Market and in the Fashion Mall (via the corridor near Jurlique and via the corridor behind Seed Heritage).
Level 1:
Home & Lifestyle (via the corridor opposite ZARA) including Accessible Adult Change facility.
Village Dining (via the corridor adjacent to Boost Juice).
Level 2:
Beside the entrance to our health and Wellness Precinct.
Wheelchair Hire
For mobility-impaired customers, Burnside Village offers complimentary non-motorised wheelchairs. Please keep in mind, these wheelchairs are in high demand and subject to availability. To hire a non-motorised wheelchair, valid identification must be provided.
