Burnside Village today announces the commencement of an exciting new chapter, officially launching our highly anticipated phased Stage 6 development 🖤
The Stage 6 expansion has already generated more than 1,625 jobs, including 525 positions during the construction phase and an anticipated 1,100 ongoing operational roles. This expansion is projected to significantly increase pedestrian traffic to Burnside Village, expected to surpass 7 million in the coming years.
Reinforcing our tagline as ‘Where Fashion Lives’ in Adelaide, Burnside Village will welcome a curated selection of both international and Australian fashion designers, solidifying Burnside Village’s reputation as the pre-eminent retail destination and leading shopping centre in South Australia and beyond.
To celebrate this significant milestone, shoppers who spend over $250 in-centre will unlock a Burnside Village gift card plus an additional chance to win one of 36 major prizes daily including JB HI-FI, Coco Republic, Uniqlo and Aje gift cards and products. In addition, shoppers will be able to enjoy a complimentary Espresso Martini or L’Americano coffee and mini bambolini in the Burnside Village Espresso Lounge on Level 1.

Burnside Village is thrilled to announce the arrival of Stylerunner, Australia's premium destination for fashion-forward activewear and wellness lifestyle products, set to open its first South Australian store at Burnside Village on the 29th of May.
The new 175 sqm flagship-style space brings Stylerunner's signature curation of sought-after activewear to Adelaide, with brands such as HOKA, PE Nation, New Balance, Adidas, and more. Shoppers will also find a selection of premium wellness and beauty essentials, all set within a sleek, design-led store environment.
To mark the launch, Stylerunner has curated an inspiring weekend of activations:

Opening on 29 May 2025, the spacious showroom will introduce Coco Republic’s signature contemporary elegance, curated interiors and outdoor, and bespoke furnishings to Adelaide for the very first time. Notably, it will be the first Coco Republic location in Australia to feature a dedicated homewares space, underscoring the brand’s commitment to complete interior design solutions!
