The 2026 RSVP READY Fashion Design Awards
Now in our fourth year partnering with TAFE SA and Flinders University, RSVP READY is a Burnside Village initiative reaching out to young and emerging fashion designers to provide them with a platform to showcase their designs and gain valuable exposure in the community.
This year’s brief is RSVP READY - What Would Audrey Wear? Inspired by the movie, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, TAFE SA and Flinders University Bachelor of Creative Arts Fashion students were invited to capture the timeless elegance and sophistication of Audrey Hepburn’s iconic style. Inspired by little black dresses, a touch of colour, pearls, chic tailoring, and a touch of New York glamour, the competition encourages designs that reinterpret classic Hollywood refinement for a contemporary audience.
The Awards
The winners will be determined by an independent panel of judges and entries will be assessed on several key criteria. Discover 12 striking designs, each in the running for an impressive suite of prizes:
1st Prize: $1500 Burnside Village Gift Card and an internship at Australian label Aje’s head office in Sydney.
2nd Prize: $1000 Burnside Village Gift Card
3rd Prize: $500 Burnside Village Gift Card
People’s Choice Award: $500 Burnside Village Gift Card

This year's exhibition also features a beautifully curated tablescape designed by the TAFE SA Floristry students. Inspired by the elegance of What Would Audrey Wear?, the installation brings the campaign to life through thoughtfully arranged floral arrangement and sophisticated hues that reflect the timeless glamour and effortless style synonymous with Audrey Hepburn.
