How does it work
Customers must spend over $250 or more at any Burnside Village retail store (excluding Coles and services).
How do customers claim their gift card?
Visit the BURNSIDE VILLAGE UNLOCKED display located in the Fashion Mall deck (opposite Seed) and present their receipt/s to the Burnside Village ambassador for verification.
Once receipts are verified, the customer will receive a BV envelope containing a $10 or $20 Burnside Village gift card.
In addition if the envelope has a number from 1 to 36 printed on it, then the shopper has also won a major prize from the corresponding box. Prizes include $500 JB-HiFi voucher, $200 Coles vouchers, UNIQLO product and so much more.
Shoppers will also receive a voucher for VIP access to the Espresso Lounge on Level 1.
Gift With Purchase - Terms & Conditions
1. The promotion commences at 9.00am, 29 May 2025 and ends 3.00pm Sunday 1 June 2025 (promotion period).
2. Receipts can be verified at the BURNSIDE VILLAGE UNLOCKED display from 9am – 3pm and 5pm – 8pm on Thursday 29 May 2025 and from 11am to 3pm on Friday 30 May 2025, Saturday 31 May 2025 and Sunday 1 June 2025.
3. Customers must spend $250 or more at any Burnside Village retail store (excluding Coles and services).
4. The spend may be in a single transaction or over several receipts on the same day during the promotion period.
5. Customers must present their receipt/s for verification to the ambassadors at the BURNSIDE VILLAGE UNLOCKED display located in the Fashion Mall timber deck (opposite Zara).
6. Once receipts are verified by our ambassadors, customers will receive an envelope.
7. There are a total of 1250 Burnside Village gift cards to give away during the promotion period.
8. There are 250 gift cards to give away from 9am - 3pm and 250 gift cards from 5pm-8pm on the Thursday, 29 May 2025. There are 250 gift cards to give away daily from 30 May to 1 June 2025.
9. The total prize pool is $14,890 over the promotion period. This includes the following gift card value breakdown:
- 241 x $20 gift cards
- 1009 x $10 gift cards
10. While gift card stock lasts.
11. Customers whose envelopes have a number from one (1) to thirty-six (36) will also unlock a major prize corresponding to that same numbered box. There are 36 major prizes to give away for each promotional period. There are a total of 180 major prizes to give away over the promotion period.

13. Total value of major prizes is $18,423.80
14. If the total gift cards or major prizes for the day are not allocated, the remainder will be added to the next day’s giveaways.
15. Customers over 18 years old will also receive a voucher for a complimentary Espresso Martini or L’Americano coffee and mini Bombilini to be redeemed in the ESPRESSO LOUNGE on Level 1. The ESPRESSO LOUNGE will be open during the promotion period. Espresso Martini is available from 11am each day.
16. Spend excludes Burnside Village gift card purchases, Australia Post, BankSA, Bupa, Bupa Dental, Coles, Commonwealth Bank, Dr Wong, Flight Centre, National Australia Bank, OPSM, SA Pathology, Tip Top Dry Cleaners, Village Pharmacy prescriptions, Townsend Orthodontists, Village Dental & Implant Centre and Zap Fitness.
17. Limited to one gift card per customer, per day.
18. Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
