New Shanghai at Burnside Village
New Shanghai brings the flavours and energy of Shanghai to Adelaide's east. The venue is a 200-plus seat restaurant serving authentic Shanghai-style Chinese cooking, from delicate soup dumplings to our signature classics, in a space designed to capture the city's blend of heritage and modern sophistication.
At its heart sits The Bund 外灘, a Shanghai Gin Bar named after the historic riverfront that has long defined Shanghai's skyline. The Bund pours Oriental-influenced cocktails alongside a sophisticated bar menu, offering a refined setting to gather before dinner or to linger over the evening.
On weekends, a dedicated Shanghai Yum Cha menu invites Burnside Village shoppers to pause and share a leisurely lunch, bringing the ritual of the tea house to the heart of the village.
