TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

1. The competition is being conducted by Burnside Village Pty Ltd, of 447 Portrush Road, Glenside SA 5065 (“Burnside Village”).
2. Entry is open to all Burnside Village customers. Burnside Village employees, storeowners, retailers and their families are ineligible to enter. Travel Associates employees are ineligible to enter.
3. Any entrant under the age of 18 needs to seek the permission of a parent or legal guardian prior to submitting their entry.
4. To enter the competition, customers must spend $250 or more at any retail store, or $15 at any café or food outlet within Burnside Village where the customer will receive an entry form with a code. Customers go to http://www.burnsidevillage.com.au to submit their entry including their unique code. Customers can also utilise the QR code on the entry form to take them directly to the entry page on the website.
5. One entry is limited to each purchase made to the amounts aforementioned. Any form of automatised entry using any devices or software is invalid.
6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries with a single purchase or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
7. There is one major prize.  The major prize winner will receive a Travel Associates Gift Voucher to the value of $10,000 and a $1,000 Burnside Village Gift Card for the provision of a new season-wardrobe.
8. The total major prize pool is $11,000.
9. The competition commences 9.00am on Thursday 2 October 2025 and ends 5.00pm Sunday 12 October 2025.
10. All valid entries received from 9.00am on Thursday 2 October 2025 to 5.00pm on Sunday 12 October 2025 will be entered into the major prize draw.
11. The person filling in the entry form (“the participant”):
    1. Must complete all other details requested on the Entry Form;
    2. An incomplete or illegible or incorrectly answered Entry Form will be held to be ineligible and have their entry removed from the competition.
12. There is no limit to the number of entries any person may submit as long as they have purchased goods to the aforementioned values per entry entered.
13. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. The major prize winner will need to collect their prize from Burnside Village Shopping Centre, 447 Portrush Road, Glenside, SA, 5065 within 14 days of the winner being notified.
15. The winning entries will be randomly electronically drawn, using the computerised drawing system already approved by the OLGCunder approval number 959, at Burnside Village, 447 Portrush Road, Glenside, SA, 5065. The major prize winner will be drawn at 2.00pm on Monday 13 October 2025. A proof of purchase will be required to validate the winning entry.
16. In the event of the winner being under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
17. The Travel Associates gift voucher can be used for a mix of flight, accommodation, cruise, tour and experiences.  The Travel Associates gift voucher is only redeemable at Travel Associates Burnside Village.  Cannot be redeemed with any other Travel Associates Retail Boutique, Member Agencies or Travel Associates@Home Independent Advisors.  Voucher can be used for both Australian and international travel.  Voucher valid until 30 April 2026. For travel in 2026.  If the full $10,000 value of the voucher is not used by 30 April 2026, it will be forfeited.  Voucher is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash, currency or any other service.
18. The Burnside Village gift card is to be treated like cash.  This card will expire 3 years from the date of issue.  Redeemable for merchandise and services at any store within the centre where eftpos is accepted.  Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.  Card cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded or refunded for any reason.  Card cannot be used at an ATM or for online purchases.
19. The winner must claim their prize within two (weeks) of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
20. The unclaimed prize entry will be randomly electronically drawn, using the computerised drawing system already approved by the OLGC under approval number 959, at Burnside Village, 447 Portrush Road, Glenside, SA, 5065 at 10.00am on Friday 12 December 2025.
21. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be published in The Advertiser Newspaper on Monday, 15 December 2025.
22. The winner of the major prize shall be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw. The winner will have their last name, first initial and postcode published in The Advertiser Newspaper on Wednesday 22 October 2025.
23. The winner of any draw will be notified in writing within seven days of the major prize draw and unclaimed prize draws.
24. The winner should obtain his/her own advice as to the taxation effect of receiving the prize.
25. The decision as to the winner of the major prize is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
26. By filling out the entry form online the participant consents to having the information on the Entry Form stored, retained and used by Burnside Village, Travel Associates or any of its related companies for the purpose of sending to the participant other promotional material from Burnside Village, Travel Associates or any of its related companies or affiliates.
27. Burnside Village will comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1998 (as amended) in relation to the storage, use and record-keeping of the participant’s personal information it receives on the Entry Form.
28. The promoter is Burnside Village Shopping Centre, 447 Portrush Road, Glenside, SA, 5065, Pty. Ltd. ACN 373264572. SA LICENCE NUMBER: T25/1723
29. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
30. The participant will be responsible for the delivery of the prize should the winner be outside South Australia.
