We collect your Personal Information directly from you when you log on to use the WiFi System. This includes your name, email address or Facebook log on credentials, the Media Access Control (MAC) address of your computer or device (which includes device location and movement data, while connected to the WiFi), your post code and your responses to survey questions. If you log in to the WiFi System using your Facebook credentials, we may have access to other pieces of Personal Information publicly available on your Facebook profile (such as your public name and profile picture, as determined by your Facebook privacy settings; please also refer to Meta’s Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).

If you choose not to provide this information, we will be unable to grant you access to the WiFi System. We collect your Personal Information to provide you with access to our WiFi System as well as to help us:

• better understand your interests, preferences and activities in relation to our shopping centre; and

• plan, operate and manage our centre and the digital channels through which we engage with you.

Your personal information may be disclosed to our third-party service providers which assist in providing the WiFi System. Some of our service providers may be located overseas, including the United Kingdom. By using the WiFi System, you consent to your personal information being disclosed to overseas recipients. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipients handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs.

We will also de-identify and aggregate your data for the purposes of generating reports which can be used by our marketing and operations teams for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, operational and profiling purposes. Prior to de-identification, we may analyse your Personal Information at an individual level to understand your in-centre behaviour and preferences. We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice, or as required by law, after which time it will be securely destroyed or de-identified. By accessing or using the WiFi System, you consent to this collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Notice and our Privacy Policy.
