- Accessible Parking: Four accessible parking spaces are located in the aqua section of Basement 2, which can be directly accessed off Portrush Rd. This is the preferred accessible parking space as it has direct lift access to the event space on G floor.
- Accessible Drop Off: Accessible drop off located at Greenhill Rd entrance, in-between Eccoci and Tiffany & Co.
- Accessible toilets: Six wheelchair Accessible toilets and one MLAK (Master Locksmiths Access Key) accessible bathroom can be found throughout the centre. MLAK bathroom features a change table, railing and a lift system.
- Wheelchair access: Elevators are provided from both B1 and B2 carparks and on every floor of the centre. Noting the event will be on G floor and no ramps/elevators are required if you park in the open-air carpark off Portrush Rd. - Assistance animal facilities: Water for assistance animals available on request.
