A TOAST TO YOUR STYLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is conducted by Burnside Village Pty Ltd, of 447 Portrush Road, Glenside SA 5065 (“Burnside Village” or “Promoter”). 

2.  The promotion is open to customers of Burnside Village. Employees of Burnside Village and Georg Jensen, owners and employees of Burnside Village retailers, and the immediate family members of any such persons are not eligible to participate in the promotion. 

3. To qualify to receive a gift, a customer must spend a total of $1,000 or more at one or more eligible retail stores on the same day at Burnside Village during the Promotion Period. 

4. Eligible spend excludes purchases of Burnside Village gift cards and all spend or purchases from Audika, Australia Post, BankSA, BUPA Health Insurance, BUPA Dental, Coles, Commonwealth Bank, Dr Wong (ENT), Flight Centre, InHealth Medical, Liquorland Cellars, Maven Dental, National Australia Bank, OPSM, SA Pathology (IMVS), Tip Top Dry Cleaners, Travel Associates, Village Pharmacy prescriptions, Townsend Orthodontics, and Zap Fitness. 

5. The qualifying spend may be made in a single transaction or across multiple transactions, provided that all relevant receipts are dated on the same day during the Promotion Period. 

6. Customers must present their original itemised receipt or receipts for validation at the Burnside Village Concierge Desk in the Fashion Mall during Concierge opening hours. The Concierge Desk is open from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm on Thursday, and from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. 

7. Once the Burnside Village Concierge team has validated the receipt or receipts, the customer will be issued a voucher, which may be redeemed for the applicable gift at the Georg Jensen store at Burnside Village, located next to Dior Parfums. The voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed during the Promotion Period.  The voucher cannot be redeemed after the Promotion Period has ended. 

8. A total of 100 gifts are available during the Promotion Period, comprising: 50 Georg Jensen SKY White Wine Glass six-piece set, product code 10019205, valued at $170 each; and 50 Georg Jensen SKY Red Wine Glass six-piece set, product code 10019206, valued at $170 each.  

9. The promotion commences at 9.00 am ACST on Thursday, 15 October 2026 and ends at 5.00 pm ACST on Sunday, 25 October 2026, unless gifts are exhausted earlier. 

10. The promotion is limited to one gift per customer, regardless of the amount spent above the $1,000 qualifying spend. 

11. Gifts are available strictly while stock lasts. The promotion will end once all 100 gifts have been claimed, even if this occurs before the advertised closing date and time. 

12. Gifts are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
